The DEJURE Foundation’s name symbolizes its mission, with “DEMOCRACY,” “JUSTICE,” and “REFORMS” forming the Latin phrase “DE JURE,” meaning “in accordance with the law.” This philosophy underscores the belief that democracy in Ukraine is achievable only through effective justice, which requires comprehensive structural reform.
